This symbol is a representation of the NonViolent Communication process.

• The white shape represents the first step of NVC: Observations.

  To see things without judgement or filters; pure awareness.

• The purple represents the second step: Feelings.

  Purple is a mixture of blue and red, representing our dynamic emotions.

• The black represents the third step: Needs.

  Black is the color that contains all colors; our Universal human needs.

• The green represents the fourth step: Requests.

  Like a green light, it symbolizes action and forward movement.

• The grey circle represents the continuous cycle of this work.

  In life, there is no absolute good or bad, right or wrong; only shades of grey.

• The yellow star in the middle is the Divine life force and source we all share.

  It is the light and energy that comes alive when we hear and speak from the heart.
